Products: Our natural beeswax candles are handcrafted, and slight variations may occur.
Orders & Payment: All prices are in GBP. We accept payments via PayPal, credit or debit card.
Shipping: We process orders within 2-3 days. Estimated delivery times are 2-3 days within the UK.
Large Orders: For bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us in advance at orders@honeybea.shop to discuss lead times, discounts, and special requirements.
Returns & Refunds: You have 14 days to return unused, not opened items. Refunds are processed within 10 days.
Liability: We are not responsible for misuse of our products. However, we have public liability insurance in place to cover unforeseen incidents related to our products.

WHOLESALE TERMS
Branding policy
All candles are sold exclusively under the Honey Bea brand.
Retail partners are welcome to use their own store packaging or presentation if they wish. However, Honey Bea candles may not be sold under another brand name or presented as a product made by the retailer.
Each candle is supplied with an official Honey Bea safety label, which includes the information “Made by Honey Bea.”
This label must remain attached to the product when it is sold.
This ensures transparency for customers and protects the authenticity of the Honey Bea brand.
